By purchasing products and/or services from WGC, scheduling a session, or accessing this website, you are agreeing to these terms, which are binding as of the purchase or access date.

1. Services & Coaching Disclaimer

Wild Grace Coaching offers life coaching services, including one-on-one coaching, group programs, and digital offerings. WGC and their employees are not licensed medical professionals and do not give medical advice. Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, or mental health treatment, and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health condition or medical issue. No coach-client relationship is formed through the purchase or use of products or accessing of content alone.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require emergency attention, please contact a licensed therapist or emergency personnel in your state. You can also reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988.

WGC is not responsible for damages caused by the consumption of products and/or services purchased.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or participate in WGC services. By engaging with these services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Product & Service Delivery

When you make a purchase and submit payment, you will receive a receipt and an email with instructions to access your products or schedule your services. Please note that delivery may differ based on when your purchase is made and whether it is a service, digital product, or physical product. WGC will make all reasonable efforts to meet any estimated delivery dates. If WGC is unable to meet estimated timelines, WGC will have sole discretion as to whether to issue a refund.

4. Service-Specific Terms (1:1 & Group Coaching)

• Services must be consumed within 12 months unless otherwise specified.

• Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

• No-shows will not be guaranteed a credit to reschedule.

5. Payments & Billing

By providing your preferred payment method, you represent that you (i) are authorized to use it, and (ii) authorize WGC to charge that payment method for any fees related to your purchase. If you are taking advantage of a limited-time trial period and do not cancel on or before the last day of the trial, you authorize WGC to charge your payment method for the full service. Unless otherwise indicated, all charges and fees are in United States Dollars (USD).

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products being immediately accessible upon purchase, all digital product sales are final — no returns or refunds will be issued under any circumstances. No modifications to your purchase are guaranteed once a purchase is made.

Refunds for services (used or unused) are not guaranteed and are at the sole discretion of WGC. Thank you for your understanding.

7. License to Use

With your purchase, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, personal-use license to use WGC services and products for your own personal use only. You are not permitted to reproduce, give away, publish, sell, or distribute any product or service purchased from WGC in any way, whether publicly or privately.

8. Intellectual Property

All content associated with Wild Grace Coaching — including text, graphics, worksheets, programs, course materials, and online content — is the intellectual property of WGC and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. User-Generated Content & Testimonials

By submitting reviews, images, comments, testimonials, or tags to WGC on any platform — including but not limited to social media and online reviews — you are granting WGC a commercial license and voluntarily releasing WGC to use that information, including but not limited to your name and/or photo along with any other publicly acknowledged information you have shared, for any reasonable future business use.

10. Confidentiality

WGC respects your privacy and maintains confidentiality of what you share in sessions. However, confidentiality has limits and may be broken if there is a reasonable concern for your safety or the safety of others, or if required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, WGC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

13. Changes to These Terms

WGC reserves the right to update and revise these Terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of products and services after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms constitute the final agreement and supersede all others regarding the purchase, sale, and use of any WGC products and/or services. All Rights Reserved.
